Valve Features:

1. The scientific upper seal stuffing box design and the full circle DC channel design are free of slag and jam, making the upper seal safe, effective and durable;
2. The triangular support saves raw materials and ensures the required mechanical properties. The guide block on the valve body of the knife gate valve makes the ram move correctly, and the extrusion block ensures the effective sealing of the ram;
3. Knife-type gate valve can also choose any drive mechanism, with short structure length, which can save raw materials, installation space and effectively support pipeline strength;
4. Compact design, small occupation space, light weight, cheap price, easy installation, complete wear-resistant and anti-blocking measures, convenient maintenance, convenient use and long service life, and optional drive device, lifting ram sealing surface, can scrape the adhesive on the sealing surface, and automatically remove debris. The V-shaped gate can be used as a regulating valve. The valve plate has five supporting points to make the valve plate have good self-alignment. When the valve is closed and under back pressure, the valve plate does not shift; The design of stainless steel valve body stiffener improves the strength of the valve body, and the use of double-head bolts can open and close more quickly
5. Stainless steel ram can prevent seal leakage caused by corrosion, and fine grinding and polishing can achieve better sealing effect. The bottom end of the knife plate is processed into a blade shape, which has a cutting function for soft materials such as fiber, pulp and wood pulp, and has a good opening and closing function. A hard polytetrafluoroethylene mud scraper is installed at the upper end of the knife plate, which can prevent dust, gravel and other abrasive substances from entering the stuffing box and significantly improve the life of the knife plate. The overall stainless steel material can prevent corrosion damage. The valve body and packing culvert are precision cast, in which the valve body is integrally cast with flange, and the material can be 304, 316, 316L, WCB according to the user's needs. The sealing ring is made of PTFE reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene material, which is corrosion resistant, wear-resistant, slag free and durable.
